THE DESIGN - THE WOUNDED KNIGHT
" The Wounded Knight " is derived from the traditional Chinese kerosene lanten. The composition of the structures consists of the following meanings : -
The frame -- The raw metal performs the tough style and represents the simple, unadorned lifes of the poor people.
Middle yellow ball -- It represents the frame and also implies the meaning of " Son of the Wang"
The silver rod -- It means the cotroller of the lantern. It gives a great contrast with the raw metal frame and constructs a Chinese word" ".
Metal stand -- The waving shape of the metal stand represents the wave "Yellow River" and also the movement of Chinese lighting.
